The Old Tower

In the west corner of the square there is a vicarage. At the back of the vicarage the Old Tower is situated along the town wall. It is the remains of the parish church of St. Bartholomew dating from the 14th century which was demolished in 1782. Only the tower serving as a belfry has been preserved. In 1994 an amphitheatre "Pod starou věží" suitable for historical performances and concerts was established next to the belfry.
